One of my personal goals for 2012 is to read more. You see with all the crazy edits of the last few months, a move, a trip to New York, and lots of coughs &sniffles, reading got put on the back burner. Now I hear that when you debut, you don't have time to read and since I am still several months out from Crewel being on shelves, it only makes sense to make it more of a habit now.
So what's a girl to do when she needs help making reading part of her everyday essentials? Join The Bookanistas of course!
So every Thursday I'll be posting a review or some cover love or an author interview as part of the Bookanista round-up. And I thought what better way to show some Bookanista love than to host a Bookanista giveaway!
In honor of my initiation, I'm giving away a Bookanista book of your choice. That's right. You can choose any book written by one of the fabulous Bookanistas. Perhaps Beth Revis's A Million Suns? Or Scott Tracey's Witch Eyes? Or Veronica Rossi's Under the Never Sky? Maybe a pre-order of Elana Johnson's Surrender? I could go on and on, but to check out the full list of fabulous Bookanistas, click here. Then enter below by telling me what Bookanista book you're dying to slip into your favorite designer handbag and leaving your email address. That's all. Of course, you are welcome to add Crewel to your GoodReads list, or like me on Facebook, or follow me on Twitter, but it's not necessary.
Contest closes on January 26, 2012 at 11:59 PM CST.
Check out what the other Bookanistas are up to this week:
LiLa Roecker adores AUSTENTATIOUS
Christine Fonseca is wild about WOLFSBANE
Stasia Ward Kehoe gives cover love to GETTING SOMEWHERE
Nikki Katz takes a shine to UNDER THE NEVER SKY
Katy Upperman is dazzled by A MILLION SUNS
Hi, I love books and the Bookanista book I've been wanting to get my hands on to is Veronica Rossi’s Under the Never Sky. I wish I would get to read this one this vacation.
ReplyDeleteI also added Crewel on my GR list. I think its a great read. :) Thanks!
This seems like it should be easy, but I want to read all of them! I think I'm going to have to go with UNDER THE NEVER SKY, though, because every time I see the cover I have the urge to run out to the bookstore.

I have heard nothing but good things about a million suns and would love to slip it in my canvas diaper bag. :)
ReplyDeletePick me! Pick me!
ReplyDeleteUm...how about CREWEL? Not ready yet? Hmm. Okay, A Million Suns then. Across The Universe has been sitting on the shelf for a year waiting for it's sista'.
Cheers!
I'd love to win Beth Revis's A Million Suns.
ReplyDeleteAlso - Email notification doesn't seem to be working since your move, at least for me.
I'm dying to read Surrender. I can't wait for it to come out!
ReplyDeleteI've added Crewel to my GoodReads list. Looking forward to reading the ending :) If LiLa Roecher adores Austentatious, I hope to as well.
ReplyDeleteHi, Genn!
ReplyDeleteHmmmm, hard choice. I think I will also go with Under the Never Sky. That is, of course, if Crewel is not an option. :) I can wait, btw.
Reallly excited to see you as one of the Bookanistas! Fabulous!
Oh my gosh this is hard =\ I'm really curious and want the chance to get an early read on 'Keeper of the Lost Cities' by Shannon Messenger, but if I have to have a precise answer I'd say 'Under The Never Sky' by Veronica Rossi. I've already read the ARC but I would LOVE LOVE LOVE to get a finished copy =) It's an amazing read and it still has me wanting a Smarteye so I can multitask efficiently lol
ReplyDeleteThank you for hosting this givaway, and I hope you have a safe and awesome early weekend!!
Oooo!! Thanks for the giveaway! uhm i'd love A Million Suns by Beth Revis. I read it by I haven't gotten the chance to buy it.
ReplyDeleteThanks again! Have a great week!

ReplyDeleteThanks everyone!
And did you hear A MILLION SUNS hit the NYT Bestseller list!? Yay!
Genn,
ReplyDeleteWish Crewel was on the list, but since it's not I'd have to say A Million Suns by Beth Revis. I'm dying to know what happens!
I already have you listed on Goodreads and I follow your Twitter and Facebook page.
I also wish Crewel was on the list! lol I'm dying to get my hands on Surrender by Elana Johnson

ReplyDeleteAnd hmm... I'm thinking Under the Never Sky by Veronica Rossi. I'm a sucker for dystopia! ;)

ReplyDeleteThanks for the giveaway!
OMG! To hard to pick, but I REALLY, REALLY want a pre-order copy of Insurgent!!!
THANK YOU! ;)
Congrats on becoming a Bookanista! I hope you get to read more this year. There are never too many books (but maybe I can say this because I still have all the time in the world to read and I haven't been doing months upon months of edits to a book).
ReplyDeleteKirsten Hubbard is also a Bookanista? Then it's no contest. I would love a copy of her novel Like Mandarin. Thank you for the giveaway!
Oh my gosh, there are so many awesome books! I'd love to read Fracture by Megan Miranda. Thanks for the giveaway!
