PinLit January: New

What's PinLit?
PinLit uses pinterest as a source of inspiration for flash fiction.  I've done some Pinterest contests previously, but it was the lovely Jessica Khoury (author of Origin) who thought to put it on Pinterest. Simply find an image that inspires you, write a fictional short to attach to it and share it on Pinterest.

The theme:  This month's theme is pretty straightforward.  It's a new year and we're all thinking of new leaves and new resolutions and new possibilities.  Pin me some lit with new in mind.

The rules:

1.  PinLit entries must be 200 words or less.
2.  All PinLit entries should be tagged with the hashtag #PinLit113, so that it's entered into the right contest.
3.  All entries should be original work and the author retains copyright.  Please give credit to the photographer or illustrator who provides the artwork for your inspiration.
4.  All entries must be received by January 31st, 2013 at 11:59 pm PST.
5.  Contest is open internationally.  All entries must be in English, though, so please translate for me (sorry, it saves me time).

The prize:

A signed copy of Level 2 by Lenore Appelhans!

  1. I tried to figure out how to tag the pin properly, but I can't tell if I did it right or not, so I'm going to cover my bases and add a link here to my pin/board. Clicky!

  2. Hi! Thanks for the awesome giveaway! I'm also not sure if I tagged the pin correctly so I'm adding the link to my entry. :)
